This Thermal Immersion Circulator is a very precise cooker with Wifi connection to an app on your phone or tablet. You can control the sous vide machine not only on the LCD touch control located on top of the handle, but also from your phone. It only supports a connection through 2.4Ghz WIFI via the InkbirdPro App. Once connected, you can check and control the cooking from wherever you are at. This allows you to do other things or lets you entertain your guests while the meal is being cooked.
The 1000W power heats up the water pretty fast and maintains a regular heat throughout to give you an even cooking on all sides of the food. It has a Temperature Control Range of 77°F～210°F (25ºC~99ºC ), and a Temperature Accuracy of 1℉/0.1℃. What this means is that the temperature is very, very accurate.
Although the water circulation is fast, the temperature is constant, and the noise is barely audible. In fact, you can say it is ultra silent!
The sous vide machine has two water marks on it, one each for low and high water levels. The machine will not work if the level goes below the low level or exceeds the high level. You will be alerted by an alarm if either happens.

What we would like is for more advanced cooking recipes in the app.
